Information technology's made of stainless steel which is easy to wash and clean. Only a quick wipe and information technology looks make new. It might get some small scratches over time as you use information technology simply otherwise it will terminal a long fourth dimension.

        

Metal is sparse and bends easily merely for the cost i bought other sizes anyways. It works well for making sauce and letting dough ascent. Doesn't add the extra weight making information technology slightly easier to move around

I love these bowls! I utilise them when I make cakes. I'1000 one who likes to weigh/measure my block ingredients ahead of time. These bowls make that piece of cake because they are light weight and yet durable, and then my nutrient calibration tin handle them much better than other bowls I have.

        

Very disappointed in this bowl. I causeless this would have a smooth lesser like every other mixing basin that I have purchased just it has a punted bottom like a wine canteen. This makes it very hard to use a bowl scraper to clean dough out of the bowl, which is the main reason this size was purchased. I realize it simply costs a few dollars but this is a consummate waste of money for my needs.

I've used this mixing bowl a few times to make big batches of bath bombs! Information technology's convenient and very sturdy. I've purchased others in the past from other vendors and they paring quite easily. Non this 1!
